Position Responsibilities

Utilize in-depth knowledge of SES Product Suite and North American energy markets to take a lead role on the technical side of complex sales. Responsible for ensuring product offerings and sales processes comprehensively addresses customer needs.  Will be expected to build relationships with customer’s/prospect’s technical personnel to facilitate communication of company’s ongoing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong technical and industry assistance to Sales Executives and internal staff.
- Plan, create and present product demonstrations as needed.
-Track RFPs received and assist with responses.
-Update current sales tracking tools.
-Conduct sales and technical training classes for internal staff.
-Participate in trade shows, seminars and other similar marketing events.
-Gather and disseminate data about the competition.

Position Requirements

- 2-5 years experience in installing, demonstrating and testing complex software products on a variety of platforms.
- Understanding of Energy Commodities
- At least 1 year in a pre-sales role
- Knowledge of networks, client server software and SQL database environments, specifically including Microsoft products
- Experience with MS Office products
- Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
